Our Founder

MITSA was founded in 1974 by Dr. Hisham Fakir.  Dr. Fakir was born in Damasucs, Syria  and went to University in the USA.  Dr Fakir believed it was important to transfer modern technology back to the Middle East.

Dr. Fakir left us in 2011, but his spirit and ideas live on with us.
